This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our paid Premium Subscription services.

1. Subscription Model

LiveChat2 operates on a recurring subscription model. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Canceling auto-renewal will stop future charges but will not generate a refund for the current active billing period. You will retain access to your Premium features until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

3. Refund Requests

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our service, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees once they have been charged. This includes:

  • If you change your mind about the service.
  • If you did not use your account during the subscription period.
  • If you found a partner and no longer need the service.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will review refund requests made within 14 days of the initial transaction charge only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical Issues: Unresolved technical problems with our service that prevented you from accessing the features you paid for, and that our support team could not resolve.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were charged twice for the same subscription period.

5. Chargebacks
